Return Policy

This policy applies to optional printed goods purchased through the walk desk or the contact channel. Walk attendance itself is not a paid product on this site and therefore does not generate a return in the sense described here.

Eligibility

Items may be returned within fourteen calendar days of collection or delivery if they are unused, free of handwriting in the blank fields, and returned with any outer sleeve that shipped with the product.

How to start a return

Email help@dryxalonzlo.world with your name, the item name, and the date you received it. We reply with the return address label and a reference number.

Refunds

After the package arrives and is inspected, we issue a refund to the original payment method where possible. Postage paid only for goods that arrived damaged or incorrect; otherwise outbound postage is deducted from the refund where applicable law allows.

Non-returnable

Items that show outdoor soil marks, bent corners from use in the field, or personalised printing requested at purchase cannot be resold and are not eligible for refund.

Faulty items

If a manufacturing defect is visible on arrival, send a photograph and description within seven days. We arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
